VtV Solutions help the Southern General Hospital Glasgow back into Operation. Following the closure of the theatre and subsequent loss of theatre production time, VtV were invited to go and investigate why a UCV system was not performing. After initial tests were carried out, it was apparent that there was insufficient air for the system to work correctly.

VtV proposed to replace the existing motors and install invertor drives to produce a better downflow and following a weekend shutdown; the units were validated and once again working in accordance with the guidelines set out in HTM 03-01.
